Your Exchange and Refund Rights

At Lizville Store, we aim to provide high-quality clothing for human needs at affordable prices. To maintain these standards as a leading clothing store in Abuja, our policy is as follows:

48-Hour Exchange Policy

You are entitled to request an exchange for Your Order within 48 hours of purchase or delivery. This applies to cases where you may have chosen the wrong color or size.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a monetary refund ONLY if the specific item You have paid for is no longer available in our inventory. For all other cases, we provide exchanges under the conditions listed below.

Important Note: We strongly advise all customers to confirm the availability of their desired items before making payment via OPay, Paystack, or Visa.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

In order for the Goods to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

•The Goods were purchased in the last 48 hours.

•The Goods are in the original packaging and unworn condition.

•There is a verified defect on the product from our end.

Non-Returnable Items

The following Goods cannot be returned or exchanged:

•White and Bright-Colored Clothes: Due to the nature of white and cream-colored fabrics (especially plain and design t-shirts), these items easily get stained. We do not accept them back if they have been tested or if the request is made after the day of purchase. We do this to ensure the quality remains intact for all our customers.

•Hygiene Essentials: For health protection and hygiene reasons, items such as singlets and boxers cannot be returned or exchanged.

•Personalized Goods: Any items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

•Sale Items: Only regular-priced Goods may be exchanged. Items on sale or clearance are final.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We do not offer free delivery; delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using a trackable mail service. We are unable to process an exchange without actual receipt of the Goods in their original condition.

•No Credit/Installments: We do not offer any form of credit or installment payment plans.
